Founder and CEO
Simon Godfrey is a widely respected industry leader with over 30 years’ experience across politics, public services, pharmaceuticals, vaccines, and supply chain. A trusted advisor at the highest levels of government and industry, he has worked closely with the UK Government, including direct support to the Prime Minister and other key offices of state.
Simon is a recognised authority on public sector procurement and was instrumental in shaping the UK Government’s commercial playbooks. His leadership roles have included chairing a national technology trade association and serving as a trustee of a UK charity.
Known for his discretion, strategic insight, and deep sector understanding, Simon has advised clients across a range of critical industries — including satellite and space, defence, national security, agriculture, software development, and information intelligence.

Formerly an Executive Director at BT and Chair of the BT Scotland Board, David also led UK Public Sector teams at Oracle, where he consistently delivered year-on-year revenue growth and high client retention. His expertise spans public sector and enterprise markets, where he is known for building trusted relationships, scaling business units, and growing EBITDA through strategic execution and customer focus.
